How do I get tickets?

The Box Office is open Wednesday–Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m and  2 hours before live performances and 1 hour before movies.  We aren’t open for free events for which tickets aren’t required. You can visit us in person or call us at 540-829-0292.

Tickets are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our website, www.culpepertheatre.org.

Is there a service charge for tickets?

There is a convenience charge of $3.00 per ticket for live performances and $1.50 per ticket for movies when you purchase tickets online or over the phone.  There is no additional charge for tickets purchased in person at the box office.  If you’d like to have your tickets mailed, an additional $1.50 per order will be charged.  Otherwise, we’ll hold them for you to pick up at Will Call.

What if I can’t use my tickets?

We don’t offer refunds if a show goes on as scheduled.  In the event that we cancel or postpone a show, a full refund of the printed ticket price will be available through the box office.  If you’d like someone else to use your tickets but aren’t able to give them to the recipient, please call the box office and we’ll be happy to reprint them and hold them at Will Call.
